Anyone who has ever worked a late shift, stood watch or sat for hours doing only slightly more than absolutely nothing, will understand the need for coffee with a little kick. To generate that desired kick, "Stakeout" serves up a two-bean, double-cracked, dark roast, which includes two separate, yet very distinctly flavored beans from the island of Sumatra. Together these beans offer up mild undertones of tobacco and wine, while maintaining a full-bodied flavor with low to medium acidity. By carefully blending bolder flavors with beans from the island of Sulawesi, "Stakeout" offers just the right balance of strong, bold flavor, while avoiding a bitter aftertaste that lasts the rest of a long watch. Ultimately we know from experience that some work is boring, so we believe your coffee shouldn't be.
